As a nutrition coach and fitness trainer for over 25 years, I’ve seen all the fads come—and ultimately—go. The problem I have with them is that they’re designed for everyone. And the reality is, you’re not everyone. You’re you. With a job. Kids. Tailgates. Friends. Happy hours. Vacations. In other words, you’ve got a life. My job is to enhance the life you have—not completely change it—by helping you build skills, and inserting better nutrition and exercise into your routine based on your lifestyle needs.
While I firmly believe in proper nutrition and fitness, I don’t believe your life should revolve around either. I think diet and exercise should revolve around your lifestyle. My goal is to help you continue doing the things you like, living the life you love, while achieving long-term success. It’s not a quick-results approach, it’s not a fad—it’s a common sense, integrative approach to help you achieve your goal.
