There is no “one size fits all, perfect, training program”. That is the reason I begin everyone’s program with an individual assessment where we determine goals, abilities, and movement quality. We’ll also discuss injury history, exercise history and how this all fits into your lifestyle. Together we’ll come up with a program that’s realistic, sustainable, and provides you with skills you’ll use long-term.
We can work on your fitness plan together in home or on site if you’re in the Birmingham, Bloomfield, West Bloomfield or surrounding area. Whether it be one-on-one or a small group situation, you will be coached through your individualized program.
